In this case I don't share the majority's opinion. Anna isn't as often in the public as in the past (Pro Career) but she still has a "public life"

 new exhibitions: Sep 12+13, Dec 6: Anna will be playing more exhibitions these year :-) According to her "Upcoming Events" (new website-section "About me") Anna takes part in the following exhibitions:
- Sep 12: Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Sep 13: Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania
- Dec 6: Chicago, Illinois

 the new KOURNIKOVA.COM: Finally, Anna's new official website - kournikova.com - has been relaunched and it's truly a complete makeover: In the "current status" Anna tells us what she's experienced recently (sent from her mobile phone!!!!), the "Travel Map" shows us where she currently is and the Journal entries have been moved into a new blog at Sportsmates!
The PICTURE GALLERIES have been renewed as well and now you can see some awesome photographs categorized in "Family Photos", "Childhood Photos", "Tennis Photos" and more! The VIDEO SECTION now features a Flash player and in the "Favorites" Anna talks about beauty products and hotspots in Miami. The "Tennis Stats" features all her results as a Pro Tennis Player (95-03) and due to the website relaunch you can enter a contest to win a 15-minute phone call from Anna!!! Plus: There will be a LIVE CHAT with Anna on May 31st (3pm est) and obviously, there a more to come :-) Anna about her new website: "I am so excited to relaunch my new website!"  private jet to Stuttgart: According to bild.de, Anna is flying with a private jet to Stuttgart! She'll arrive in Stuttgart on July 7th for the charity event in the evening, on July 8th Anna is going to participate in the pro-am-event. Reportedly, Henri Leconte and Michael Stich will also participate in that event. Read more | order tickets for Stuttgart-event


PERSONAL COMMENT: Finally, I have my ticket for Anna's exhibition match at Stuttgart on July 8th! I am really looking forward to see Anna in real life again - it's 6 years ago since my last real Anna-experience (Strasbourg in May 2002)!

 News from kournikova.com-relaunch: Richie, member of kournikova.com Support Staff, gives new infos about the NEW kournikova.com (relaunch date: May 12th):
- no re-registration necessary
- all forum postings will remain active

He also mentioned that a new live chat room would be an "interesting thought"...! Read his full post

 kournikova.com-relaunch set for May 12th: Great news! Finally there's an announcement about the relaunch of Anna's official website, kournikova.com! "ifcak_staff", the Admin, announced that the new website will be launching on May 12th and therefore, the forum will be closed temporarily on May 7th due to necessary upgrades.
Hopefully the new kournikova.com will turn out to be just great.

PERSONAL COMMENT: Remember Anna's announcement about the kournikova.com-relaunch in her Journal entry on December , 2007? I think some of us already thought that the relaunch was cancelled in the meantime but fortunately the relaunch really happens. I wonder what the new website will look like.
